Mustard algae?

Is this algae or sand or pollen, or something else. It hasn't grown or spread or multiplied. It only settles in grooves, on wrinkles, and behind the overlap flaps. I've triple shocked the pool (before I found this group), scrubbed and vacuumed to waste, and a couple days later it's back.

Most likely not mustard algae, but it could be every day algae dying off. You can rule out algae by completing an Overnight Chlorine Loss Test.

I did the OCLT, and had zero loss of FC
