I got pretty far because of your expertise!!!
I think it requires a call during a weekday but I will search the web sooner to see if there is another way.
Big thanks

My eyes are blurry, I might have to postphone this but do I connect device to mac or pc to provision?

cant understand or find this "Connect your device (cable only, not wireless) and select it as build destination via the 'active scheme' dropdown to the right of the play and stop icon"
I'm not sure if its me or this article applies to some of the older xcode versions. But I have no idea where a play and stop Icon is. I would have loved to finish this on a weekend but maybe this

Enter your apple ID in the VS window when it requests the developer login. The developer ID is the same as your apple ID once you opt in.

Also, the window above looks like you are trying to publish the app instead of just running it (green arrow). Publishing to the app store requires a $99/yr fee. But you can do that if you wish.

I am willing to do that just to use your App but have no intentions to publish anything. Where is this green arrow?
