Efflorescence during curing?

Hi all,
I posted earlier where I read continuous hydration was a good thing for curing. I started using soaker hoses about 12 hours after gunite. I went to drain the few inches at bottom of pool tonight and I see this white stuff all over bottom.

Is this scale or efflorescence? I’m now assuming I need to get rid of this asap. I’ve read where you don’t want it to dry in surface.

Appreciate any thoughts.

Im reading it is ”Primary Efflorescence.” It is said to be aesthetic and not structural. Sounds like you can clean it when it dries and after curing. A pool builder friend said not to drain the pool. I am anyway and just keeping it hydrated throughout the day now.
