Getting a new error message E-08 on my Black & Decker Variable Speed Pump. The manual says under voltage fault. It keeps stopping and starting. Pump is only about a year old. Could it be with all the electric being used to run AC's in the area?

Do you have a multimeter to verify what voltage the pump is actually getting? That would be step 1 for me. If you were truly getting low voltage to the premises, I would think lots of stuff would be acting weird in the house.
I’ll check on the meter. I did notice the one downstairs area kicked off the breaker yesterday but everything else kept running.
