If you have the Taylor 2006 test kit then use the FAS-DPD test for your FC level. The drop test is just to confirm you have chlorine. Also, don‘t use test strips because they only provide a range whereas the FAS-DPD test provides you specific data.

at the shades, you are close to or over 10ppm FC. It's better to use a white background, like a disposable paper plate, with indirect bright lighting. But I have the same comparator block and you're definitely over 7.5 at least.
The DPD-FAS titration test gives much more precise result all the way up to 50ppm FC.
