TA was the final thing I was working to get down to appropriate levels. I added muriatic acid last night to get the PH down to 7.0 - 7.2. My TA has been at 100 consistently prior to adding the acid. I checked it this morning and even with the lower PH, it is still at 100. Is there anything I can do or should I just leave it alone and let the PH come back up to 7.6 range?

If the pH remains stable, leave it alone. If the pH rises too quickly each week, then don't add the acid until the pH hits 8.0, then lower it.
Okay, thanks! The PH has remained around 7.8 - 8.0 without adding any acid. I added acid previously (around 3 cups daily) and got it down to 7.4 but then ran out of acid. This time I added 1/2 gallon approx and it worked better at getting it down. I was hoping it would adjust the TA level, but it didn't. Are you recommending not worrying about the TA @100 going forward and only adjust the PH if it gets up to 8 again?

Correct. And there is no need to try and force the pH below 7.5 either. Many pools seem to settle just fine with a pH around 7.7-7.8. But on those occasions where your pH finally creeps over 7.8, then yes, use enough acid to lower the pH to 7.0-7.2 and that (over time) should help to lower the TA just a little. Not a huge priority to rush on it, but in time.

Makes sense, thanks again!
