Hello I have a

Kreepy Krauly - Sand Shark GW7900 Suction Side Automatic Pool Cleaner

I just did a full rebuild last year, replacing the clutch, steering gig, and flaps. Are there counterfeit clutches out there (my package had a pentair label on it)
unit is still getting stuck in the corners...I used the suction flow meter (included with the Shark)...set to the high side even. New Sharks are usually good for at least 4 years at my house.
Thanks in advance
Jim

Hello Jim! Did you find another source for your parts? If not, feel free to reply back to this thread as much as you like to keep it active/visibile and in hopes of getting the attention of another Kreepy Krauly user who might know. Site traffic is a little slow this time of year, but you might get lucky.

OK the new clutch must be defective...I shimmed my old clutch with tinfoil instead of teflon tape this time...9-21-21 still going strong on 11-28-21
I may try gluing that puppy in place and then just cut it out with a dremel when I need to.
