Pool float recommendations for a big guy (wasn't sure where to post)

I have an autistic sixteen year old who seriously lives for his pool, but I'm having a heck of a time finding an inner tube pool float that is comfortably his size. He's a big guy (think xxl swimsuit) and he's probably 5'10 or 5'11 right now, so even the "bigger" inner tubes are a bit tight on him and he has a hard time getting balanced in them. This is the first pool in five years that's deep enough for him to float in and he was super frustrated today that our old inner tubes didn't work for him anymore. He doesn't use speech to communicate reliably, so I don't want to switch him to another kind of float if I don't have to because I know inner tubes work for him, and surely they must make them with a bigger interior area, right? He really just likes to either put his butt in the center and float, or put his body through the center and float. Anyway, if you have any suggestions or recommendations, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!

This one looks to have a plenty big inside hole according to the pics.

the 3rd question guy says he is 5’10” and 240 lbs and has plenty of room in the tube.
Yeah, I looked at that one, but the mfr was 9-14 and Amazon's rec was 12-15 years and it says that the interior hole measures 20 inches wide, so it didn't strike me as a good fit for my guy. Thanks!

I think the measurements are off. From looking at it the donut part seems much skinnier than comparable floats, which would make the hole much bigger in the same token with the outside measurement being 48 inches.

the 2nd and 3rd pic has a grown up dude fairly sunk in the hole.

It might come down to some trial and error.
