New pool build / Question about power lines

I have made the initial phase of having the Fiberglass pool. Have had at least 3 quotes and have made my choice on a Pool builder.
We had an AG Pool for 15 years and I pretty much maintained the pool learning from everything on TFP.
Now that I’m on my new journey of an I ground pool, I am terrified of this new process. Not of maintains the pool but of the Construction phase of a new pool build. That being said, my pool will be a Leisure pool with the following equipment:
SWG / 3 LED color lights / VS pump/ Cartridge Filter/ Overflow drain / Autofill. So far these are my options as of now and not sure what else I would be needing yet. I will be investing in an electric robot for the cleaning as we get closer to completion.
My concern here is that my PB is requiring both my Utility line & the cable lines be removed and rewired to run underground . Apparently the lines from the main pole going to my home are too low and this is an issue.
Is anyone here have had this issue to deal with? I have no idea how or where to begin to correct this issue before the work starts on our Pool build. The PB said I could get an electrician out here to do the work, but that sounds to easy.
Can someone please help! What am I supposed to do?

I would first reach out to your power/ utility company first. I'm not sure in Texas but the power company is usually responsible for the lines until they get to your house and to your meter. Reach out to them first and see how much it would cost to run your utilities underground from the pole to your house. Most new subdivisions have all underground utility lines.

My home is not new, built in 1980. So the lines are not underground. I was just wondering if this is something normal for a PB to request a homeowner to have done .

You will have to pay for the reroute of the power lines, Reliant will not do it. I had to bury ours and I think it was 1200.00 also rerouted the sewer and gas at the same time. If your doing a heater you will need a gas meter upgrade. Also hire your own plumber for that.

I have a Licensed Electrician coming out today to look at my issue. I've been asking around and am getting different answers. I have a call into CenterPoint, which is our main Power supply company as well to see what they advise me to do as well as getting information from the electrician coming out today. My lines are like this post bellow.

Yes.

We were offered either to bury the line, or to raise the current line to 22.5 feet, which would satisfy the Chicago ordinance. Got a bid for $3500. This was cheaper than the $7k we were quoted to bury the line.

Looks like my Energy provider has given the ok to have an election do this work, since this does not fall under something they do. Moving forward, an electrician came out this afternoon to look over this project and he is willing to tackle this project. (Nice to have in-laws that are there to help me out)
I truly appreciate all you here that have replied on this issue of mine.
May have to post other questions once I get closer to my pool build.

No, I am out in Cypress/Tomball area and no permits for any of it.
Digco will move gas lines, any licenced electrician can do your Power.

A lot probably depends on if you are in the city limits or not. I grew up near there and Cypress/Tomball had a lot of unincorporated areas of Harris county that have a lot less restrictions than those within the city limits.
