Woke up to no chlorine

After the storms this week and allowing the pool to overflow from the skimmer overflow, I tested this morning and have almost no chlorine.
No yellow in the k 1766
One drop of r 0817 returns to water clear.
Freaking out because I’m leaving for 4 days this evening.
Water looks amazing.
Turning switch to super chlorinate and running pump now.
Salt is 3300
Ph 7.8 ish
Thinking that I need to buy bleach.
Any ideas?

Your pool is clear, so relax. If it were me, I'd add some liquid bleach. You can go all the way to SLAM level if it makes you more comfortable but it sounds like your pool must have been kept in good balance if it's clear after all that rain. Use pool math to get the amount. Since you're short on time, just get the FC addressed before you leave. Make sure you get bleach that has only sodium hypochlorite in it. Pool Essentials at WM is a good choice. Don't get any scented or "enhanced" or anything like that. Another option would be to get to 10-15 ppm and add 2 trichlor tablets if you have any to a floater.

You're in a hurry and don't know if the salt cell is putting out or just got overwhelmed by the additional organic load from the storm debris. This approach should easily cover you for 4 days. When you get back test frequently to get everything balanced

That will work and I know you're in a hurry. If they have Pool Essentials it's ***update 10%, my bad*** 12% and usually a better deal. If you don't have time, just check Pool Math "effects of adding" in the top left menu to be sure you get enough

Thanks again for the assistance.
I got the last 2 gallons of pool essentials they had.
Got home and potentially found the root cause of no chlorine.
The no flow light was flashing. That puts the generator to not generating chlorine. There actually is flow.
I removed the sensor, looks ok.
Re installed it. It stays goodbye for a while.
I increased my pump speed to 2000 and continued to monitor the operation. So far , so good.
I’m going to float a puck while I’m gone and hopefully get it diagnosed when I return.

Sounds like you nailed your problem. One of the nice things about TFP methods is your pool is usually nicely balanced. So when you have the inevitable equipment failure it's not hard to have a quick, easy temporary solution that you can be confident it will get you by at least a week or so.

You've gotten the hang of this in just a few months of membership, Congrats!
