Winn Dixie near me regularly has 1gal bleach of their house brand for 99cents, reg price is $1.99 I looked for % and didn't see it listed on jug.

Date code on the rural king appeared to be this year. 2 boxes I looked at - one was 05917 and the other was 07617. It was my best place for buy last year, except when menards had both sale and 11% rebate. Also - My error - it's 10%, not 12%, but that's still cheap.
Atwood's in Fort Worth has a gallon of 10% for $2.49.
I purchased four gallons however I don't understand the date code.

Home Depot in Tucson (east side) is still around $6.86 for two gallons of 10% - bear in mind that everything they had out last weekend was a 17017 production date, so I'm waiting for them to get a new shipment.
Like other said the local Atwoods has 10% for $2.49 a gallon. I too can't quite understand the code. It looks like this:

After some research I found that the BB is short for best before.
The date is one year after the production date.

I bought a bunch yesterday. It will stay that price all season. They said they just got it in on Sunday. I like to keep 12-14 cases on hand because they run out in summer and they have a hard time getting it back in.
The Atwoods we have in northwest Arkansas kept it stocked all last year and randomly put it on massive sales where a case of 4 gal of 10% was like $8. They would restock the pallets right after the sale. I don't know if any of ours are stocking it yet, but will find out this weekend when I try to start taming the green monster (far warmer and more sunny than most winters here...).

Atwoods has 10% for $1.88 a gallon. Till end of April. Mine was less than 30 days old.
