That's how I am. The last couple dips last year were 68-70 degrees. Not bad once you get used to it, but very brisk for the first few minutes.

Up to 61 here in Austin. Going to turn on my new heat pump when it hits 70. Ordered my new test kit refill (sale ends tomorrow), also ordered 25# boric acid, and 4#of stabilizer. Will be all set to jump in in a few weeks! Keeping solar cover on since oak leaves are dropping like crazy.

I dont say in there long, trust me on that! But I tell ya, when its 80F and you've been mowing, weedeating and all sorts of other stuff I do outside, I start burning up and a quick in and out does the trick ! LOL.
Mine hit 73 today. Was in it for about an hour. First time since it was filled in November.
Ya'll are crazy! I can barely stand 80 degrees! 85 and up is preferred. 73 for an hour????? Dude! Polar bear club!
nice! That aquacal heat pump must be treating you right! Tell us what your electric bill was at the end of the month. Inquiring minds want to know.
It's not going to be bad -- I am paying 4.8c / kWh right now.
Will probably be going up to about 7c for the summer but the heater will be used much less as it gets warmer.

Wow! what a deal! Even 7c is a steal. Turn it up to 88!! lol
Probably will peak under the cover tonight. I'm guessing still 95% iced over for sure.

I use www.powertochoose.org and switch electric companies every time my contract is up. I make sure to switch on the exact meter read date every time.
