I have one valve in my system. The valve is an old goldline gva-24. IT does not have a toggle switch that I can find. The way the valve is plumbed, water in comes in at the 180 degree, main outlet is at 270, and roof solar is at 0 degrees. I have it set for 90 degree turrn. If I lose power, the valve always turns counter clockwise on power up and closes off main, which is the opposite of what I want.
I have my automation switching the valve to correct position, but that can be upwards of 5 minutes before everything is reset correctly. IT also bugs the heck out of me that I have to put the relay into ON position for the switch to be "off". Is there anyway to make the valve turn clockwise for default instead?
