I don’t know if anyone can help me with this- but I am building a new deck and we came across some black pipe-our pool builder is no longer in business—looking at this pipe, is there any way this has anything to do with the pool?

It is hard to tell the size of the pipe in the ground but it appears to be irrigation pipe. Can you wrap your hand around it or is it much smaller diameter?

A couple other possibilities for a small diameter pipe are a pool fill line/drain line, pool light, pressure side pool cleaner. Is that pipe anywhere near the pool?
Is it white or grey? Grey would indicate it is an electrical conduit.

I immediately thought PVC conduit for a light or an electrical outlet?
Our deck guy did a little more digging and it is indeed the piping for the, now completely useless, fiber optic lights the pool used to have. That was before we bought the pool so it never even crossed my mind-thank you!!
