Hi everyone. I have never owned a pool and last year I purchased a home which came with an inground pool. The previous owners did a horrible job maintaining the pool (ex. missing tile covered with tape), and after a few calls to pool companies and the astronomical prices they charge the pool became an afterthought. This year i decided to give the pool a go and I wanted to say to THANK YOU!!!! for this community of pool owners willing to share their knowledge and experience. I come from a family of DIYers (for us it’s a badge of honor to figure things out rather than giving up and paying someone else) and TFP has been an invaluable resource. I look forward to continued learning and sharing my own experiences. Once again…THANK YOU!!!!
