Hi,
So i have owned an autopilot total control system for several years. Its been rock solid for me and I have had zero problems. This was the only system that monitored PH and ORP at the time. I am getting ready to move and build a new pool and I'm wondering what the newest recommendations are. I'm especially interested in having the system integrated into an automation system (for both remote monitoring and general laziness). My plan is for
1) VS or VF pump run 24/7
2) SWG with ORP and PH monitoring with some sort of acid delivery system
3) Automation center for remote monitoring and control of the pool conditions
4) I will be controlling a pool light (preferably color) with the automation system but I don't have any water features planned
5) I'd like to use the automation to switch from pool to spa mode (I can't do this currently because I didn't want to switch out the valves in my current system)
The pool will be in groud rectangle with a overflow spa together around 20K gal. I'm not tied to any single brand and have both pentair and autopilot equipment running right now.
I installed the Autopilot, heat pump, intelliflow pump and a easytouch control system at my current house so I'm reasonably technically savy.
Thanks
Paul
