SWG turned off?

Can you show the door label?

Remove and reinstall the display.

Seems like maybe a voltage issue.

What is the input voltage?

Check the voltage to see if it is good.
1. I want to Be careful to not void the warranty. 2. How do I check the voltage? I do have a multimeter

Basic AquaRite Diagnostics
This is the basic information we need to know in diagnosing a problem:

Report all diagnostic readings when you..
Move the switch from auto to off and check all of the readings.
Move the switch back to auto and recheck the readings.
Move the switch to off for a minute and then back to auto and recheck the readings.
What are the first seven characters of the cell and box serial numbers?

Cell Diagnostics.

Pressing the diagnostic button sequentially will display:

  • Default salt display
  • Pool temp
  • Cell Voltage - When not generating, the voltage is about 30 to 32 volts dc. When generating, the voltage drops about 1 volt per amp of current.
  • Cell current
  • Desired output (% of the knob)
  • Instant salinity
  • Product name
  • Software revision (r.XX)
  • Cell type

Ask the builder to send you pictures of the inside of the box.

You can remove the front of the box pretty easily if you want to take a look without doing anything.

Do you have a subpanel to provide power to everything?

This shows how to remove the front cover plate if you want to look into the box.

Maybe a loose wire or maybe a problem with the display board making good connection to the pins.

Intermittent problems can be difficult to diagnose.

There is a sub panel and I’ll be here when they come

Also to note, to turn on or off the heater, it seems to take me holding the button like it doesn’t want to turn off or on.. almost sputters.
Make sure they know about this.

It seems like maybe a voltage issue.

Maybe a bad switch or breaker or maybe the wrong voltage.

Maybe wiring shorting out.

Make sure you get pictures of the subpanel wiring and the wiring in the Aquarite box.

Are the heater and Aquarite wired for 120 or 240?

Maybe they are using the ground as a neutral?

Is everything bonded properly?

I went ahead and tested the FC to do the overnight test. I am at 7ppm. Will test first thing in the AM.

I did notice this at the water line that wipes away that had me thinking as well. And my chlorine has always been in the 8-12 range. Again with doing the sand last weekend I assumed some of that obviously got in the skimmer and dust settled in the water before I cleaned the filter today.
Agree with WIREFORM pollen...we all here in Florida are in in the heavy pollen season , I suggest using those food handlers hair nets in your skimmer to catch that pollen before the filter. But check your chemistry as others have advise.
