StaRite 400NA won't lite

So my Spa Heater stopped working last week. I opened it up and found the usual Giant mouse nest. I cleaned it all out and found a couple igniter wires chewed up. I replaced the igniter and repaired the chewed wires. Now when I start up the heater it runs for a couple minutes then stops with a service heater lite. No codes. I opened up the gray box and checked the Fenwal control module during the run and it flashes 3 times (Ignition Lockout). I get no LEDs on the control board or any other indications. I do smell gas when it attempts to light. I checked the air flow switch and the water pressure switch. Can someone give me any other ideas?

I would do some more looking to see if the mouse did some damage or left some stuff where you have not seen yet.
