Spa phone app issues

When I use my app to switch to Spa mode the Spillover stays on and pours water into the pool. My app does not show the Spillover is on but yet it is running Help

What automation system do you have???

When you use the automation itself, does the system switch between the Pool mode and Spa mode correctly?

Show us several pics of your equipment pad, so we can understand how your specific plumbing works..

Yes it does switchover.
I have the I-aqualink app

Just to be clear, in most pools the the Spillover and the Pool/Spa modes are two different things.

When you use your automation panel, you are just putting the system into the Spa mode.. This will automatically shut off the spillover.

When you use the app, the same thing should happen..

Are you just selecting Spa on the app, or are you doing something else??

Let me see if I can find an Aqualink guy...
