Spa level at pool level

Came outside to find our 24" raised spa at pool level. Any ideas what can cause this?

Most likely a bad check valve. Some can be rebuilt.

We have Pentair... there is something that looks a little like that labeled "spa" that is square. Could that be it? The pool is barely a year old and under warranty. Is this something I call the PB to fix?

That's why I asked, just to be sure since my eyes started bugging out a bit, lol. But yeah, Richard is right on the money, likely a check valve. Since you are under warranty a call to the PB may be in order.

I texted... no response. It's late so I imagine I won't hear back until tomorrow. Anything I should do or check while I wait? Is there anything I shouldn't do that could mess something up?

We've been losing chlorine lately and our water bill has been high so I worried about a leak but we passed the bucket test.
