FC+CC=TC
FC is Free Chlorine.
CC is Combined Chlorine.
TC is Total Chlorine.
You can only count FC with the test kit you have.
The TF100 will test up to 50ppm and combined chlorine to give you a total chlorine.
Disregard Bromine. You do not use it. You can only test up to 5ppm unless you start diluting pool water and bottled water and start splitting hairs. Lets not go there!
As far as the TA (Total Alkalinity) Each drop is 10ppm. If you use the drops and it turns back to green, keep adding a drop and swirling until the solution turns red which is usually pink. If it turned and stayed pink at 9 drops it's 90ppm and your TA is 90.
