Have a slow leak and have checked a number of things prior to pulling the heat exchanger out. Is there an easy way to check it for a leak?

Connect the header to it and circulate water through it and look for drips.

Remove the panels around the header and look for leaks while the pump is running. May be a pressure switch or the temp sensor port.
