Pump Questions

Is the pump wired through the relay or directly to power?

Can you show the wiring and circuit board?

I have no idea. I used to have a pool person come out and deal with it. He changed the pump about a year ago and I haven’t a clue here is my box outside the house

Does the diagnostics say "Flow" or "No Flow"?

When you push the + or - button, does it change to "Disabled" or maybe "No Flow"???

This says "Flow Monitor Enabled".

Does it say "No Flow" when the pump is on?

If yes, the flow switch is probably bad.

Can you show the whole system?

Change Flow Monitoring to Disabled.

I switched the pump on and it said flow//after 15 secs or so it cut off and Said“ no flow”

I don't think you understand what James is trying to tell you.

The pump shuts off because you have "Flow Monitor Enabled..."

James thinks your flow switch is bad so your system never sees any indication of water flow and the pump shuts off.

If you set the Flow Monitor to Disable, the pump should run.

Have you tried that yet???

I’ll take a look at that now…in case I need to, I will post pics of the system and am looking for where the switch may be located at

Also, should the pump screen be blank…it’s not on so I would assume so

Does the screen come on when you press the Filter Button?

I understand where he was trying to go but it will not allow me to select flow or disabled on any button I push

Go to Filter Configuration and Press the + or - key to disable when it is blinking.
