Poolvergnuegen rolls on its side

I have the 4-wheel poolvergnuegen and for some reason recently it keeps rolling on its side and then gets stuck. I replaced all the wheels thinking that may fix it but it didnt. Any ideas?

It is the suction that holds the cleaner to the wall so if the suction has been reduced, such as a dirty filter or incorrect valve settings, then the cleaner can roll over.
