Pool Pilot Volts-Amps Problem

OK so I know this post is from 9 years ago but its all I found on the search. I am just now having this exact issue. 0 Volts 11.4 Amps on the pool pilot digital. No error messages. The red light is off. Any recommendations? Salt cell is 1 year old along with the cord.

This is likely to either be a programming issue (what does the screen read when you press the pump button and do you use the Pool Pilot to control your pump) or you tested the volts/amps while the cell is idle. Temporarily placing the unit into boost mode and then testing will clear up if the cell was simply idle.
