Pool measurement

I am building a new pool and I understand in the contract about measuring the depth of the pool. My question is on width and length. Do you measure at the tile line? Do you take multiple measurements and average them?

You need to ask the builder how they do it.

There is no "Standard" way.

Even if there was a "Standard" way, it does not mean that the builder uses the "Standard" way.

Typically for me when any measurements are discussed in regards to length and width it’s in regards to water surface, when describing depth it’s in relation to the top of the B/B taking into consideration of loosing 3 inches of water for the average middle skimmer depth.
