Pool equipment cost

My pool is 35x18 with a 7x7 spa. Are these prices reasonable? Seems like a lot of money.

The pump, filter and heater are reasonable. Actually, this type of pool equipment is in high demand (based on ref. numbers included) and great that your PB can purchase them.

For reference my PB allowed me to buy my own equipment, not wanting to roll the dice with whatever was available at build time. He has the installation costs built into the pool price so I don’t know what he is charging for hookup, but my 3HP VS pump was $1500, my SWG/controller was $1500 and the 500 sq ft filter was $1875. All plus tax of course. $3k is about what I was expecting if I went with a 400K heater.
