Numbers are confusing

So i followed tips on here to get my pool from cloudy green to almost perfect. Stuff keeps settling for me to vac. I am concerned about adding alkalinity, via baking soda, as I thought that would spike ph causing more cloudy issues. I hate feeling so duh. Also what does no chloramines mean?
Numbers I could test are
Cya 60
Ph 7.2
Fc 12
Cc 0
Alk 60

I dont remember if i have a signature but 28ft round above ground aprx. 18,500 gallons central ohio weather. I feel good about my murky mess turning around and wnt to keep it that way. Originally dumped a ton of store bleach in and non chlorine shock. Did phos free first night and took cartridge out as advised by pool store for first 24. Saw posts about phosfree after so well noted.

Were you following the SLAM Process process? Have you passed the Overnight Chlorine Loss Test?

I have the tf 100. I had lost my cya tube for slam but got one today. So is 0 good for cc? My water is almost crystal clear now.

You can't get any better than zero for CC.
