Hey y’all! Got my 24’ ft round last year. It’s my first pool. I’m trying to learn as much as I can. Everyone has different opinions. So, I’m happy to have found the pool school. I’m sure I’ll be on here soon enough.

Pool Care Basics

You will find that it is not feasible to follow multiple guidelines from different sources. Eventually you have to pick one or you find that it is not workable.

TFP believes that you must test your own water to understand and appreciate the chemistry which is actually straightforward see Test Kits Compared and to properly sanitize your pool follow the FC/CYA Levels

You only need 3-4 chemicals to maintain your pool and avoid any magic potions from pool stores that promise quick fix. Those normally lead to more issues down the road.
