So, how does it look? A 6 gallons per hour you should have another 1/4" in there by now

It is a little blotchy in areas... will that get any better?

Here are some pics with it filled... no chemicals yet. PB should be here for the start up tomorrow.

Our pool in Tuscon stayed so cold (from evaporation) that I had to have solar heat installed.

Well, if you want to swim in March and April it won't be 90. But, it will from June-Sept with no help at all.
I think the blotchy-ness should get better once it's brushed a bunch. Are they doing an acid-bath type startup, or something else?

The PB was great about the pebble issue. The installer came by within a couple hours and piped down some acid and brushed it. He will be back in the morning, but is sure he can get it fixed!
That looks great! They did a good job integrating your existing water feature.

I got made fun of from a Yankee that I heated my pool to 90. It was awesome. 90 in the pool and 78 outside.
Thanks! That was something my wife would not let them destroy. It hasn't even been shut off for the 2 years prior to the build. My wife loves it... so it stayed!
