It ended up right at 78K for additional stamped concrete and rocks for grotto. . The 134K was the original bid. I don't think he will build another one that cheap according to him.

Honestly, I think you got a steal...!
Given that mine cost me more than that without the lazy river or palapa I think the original $132k bid is probably more what I would expect it to cost.

Every time I see this pool it takes my breath away - it's fantastic.

Oklahoma flagstone if I remember correctly. We went with it instead of Texas flagstone because it is supposed to be more durable.

I live only 45 minutes from Baytown and we are currently looking for a pool with lazy river who built yours. It is very nice.
