PB tech called, had to go into advanced setting and re-set up the pump (add a circuit), because for some strange reason it got wiped out. Perhaps something to do with the various support tickets that are open???

Anyway all is good now

How did that prevent the pump from running from its own control panel when the IntelliCenter was in SERVICE mode?

Yes, in the Intellicenter, the pump was not showing up as being set up. Not sure why or how I couldn't get it to run manually in service mode, perhaps user error?

I usually look to confirm the pump runs in SERVICE mode with its own keypad before starting to fix the IntelliCenter.

You should find out how to run the pump locally.
