Hello, new here,
recently moved into a house with an AquaLinkRS OneTouch wall panel. It is our first pool, so it's been a journey starting to figure it all out. Anyway, typically, apparently, you're supposed to be able to re-label the various auxes through the settings menu, but for some reason, our panel does not show all of the auxes, it only shows "Extra Aux." This is irritating because the pool light seems to be stuck on the "Cleaner" option, which induces a delay before turning on. Nevermind that the fiber optic pool light seems to need some parts replaced, just trying to get everything in order so we can get our poorly configured automation system figured out.
We have already emailed/called Jandy about this, and had a pool professional look at it, but they had no idea what was going on.
I'm posting this here in hopes that maybe one of you will have encountered something like this in the past, and that it might be fixable. I'm attaching photos and linking this video jandy_label_aux.mov for reference.
