So i am trying to figure if this is algae or just pollen i vacuumed my pool to waste yesterday and this shows up the next day. I have over shocked my pool because i did back in May had a problem with green algae. My chemicals are on point but im also going thru 3"tabs every 2 days. Any advice.

We need a current set of test results to troubleshoot your problem. Does the debris feel gritty or slimy?
If you’re using chlorine pucks, your cya is probably well over 100 and you don’t have enough FC in the water.

Im going to the pool store tomorrow to get a test done i will post the results tomorrow

That is how the mustard algae I have been battling looked on my steps (which have the same dimples) when I first noticed it. I hope that's not what your issue is. It is a formidable opponent.
Mustard algae isn’t slimy. At least that’s my experience. It looks like dark spots or stains and may be brushed around.
