Is my tile line to the plaster leaking? So I’m not sure what this is, we haven’t open

No you just have moisture in the concrete behind the tiles. Its normal. Pool looks really nice.. just top it off and open it.

I have been using my hot tub and swimming a bit in Connecticut for the past month...
