Can't tell for sure if this is 7.5 or 7.7. In the picture it looks like 7.7 to me, in reality it is much harder to determine because it is much more red than pink.
Goodness gracious - I have been doing this test wrong for months! I had run out o R-0004 solution and switched to my K-1000 kit using the R-0014 and the much smaller tube. Did this for months before buying more test solution. Got confused I guess since all the other tests use 25ml and not 44ml.
Just retested and found my pH is actually 8.0!! Darn, need to buy more acid now.
