Very good.It was a settings issue. After replacing the ICB, I forgot to reset my temperature. I jacked it up and it called for heat right away! Thanks for your help.
Now it's time to call Hayward tech support to see if I can get the value of R45 on the ICB to see if I can replace it and positively verify that was the cause...
Good luck with Hayward. Their folks usually don't have that info.
