Fixing Grout above tiles

Hi,

We have what appears to be cosmetic cracking above our tiles. There is no movement of the tiles. Does anyone have a suggestion of what kind of product I can use to patch this myself?

The coping tiles and waterline tiles do move independently of one another......that's on purpose.

Polyurethane caulk is readily available and is messy to work with as a rookie, but it's the right profuct.
