Siphon.
If you have a pool vacuum, that hose will flow a lot more than a garden hose, and the vacuum head will make a nice weight to keep the end down on the bottom. But a garden hose will work.
Don't try to get the siphon started by sucking on it. Instead, feed it into the water slowly while holding it vertical as it goes underwater so all the air in the hose is pushed out. When the last bit is submerged, cap it with your hand and haul it out and over as fast as possible and get the end below water level in the pool. The siphon will start flowing. Then you can pull the rest of the hose out and drag it where you want, as long as you always keep the outside end lower than the level of the pool.
