Doughboy top rail removal?

Does anyone know how to remove the top rail? I expected the cap over the seal to pop off after removing one bolt from the side, but it's stuck.

Figured it out and will put this here for the next person... the one visible screw holding on the top rail cap comes out. Then the back half of the cap can be pulled back. You have to walk it off side by side away from the pool. This will expose the rest of the screws.
