27’ round above ground… two uprights heaved over winter and have now settled back down. Stabilizer bar under stop rail is now separated from the top of the wall. Liner is still in place where it should be. Having a hard time getting the stabilizer back down correctly. Is it possible to remove top rail to reposition stabilizer bar with water still in the pool? The water level is roughly 1.5 - 2 foot below the top of the pool wall.

I actually got home from work and decided to just give it a shot… was able to get everything back in place and back together with no issues
