Disconnecting the stand pipe from multiport

Hey guys, I’m needing to change my sand. I watched a few videos on removing this but didn’t see one where the stand pipe stayed attached. What’s the best way to disconnect this?

I just did this myself! It pulls straight out. There was some crud build up, so it took quite a strong yank. Be careful not to try to pull it up through the sand, you’ll trash your laterals.
