Assuming your pool is about 17000 gallons (please add the volume to your signature), those two pucks added 3.9 ppm CYA.
You can use Poolmath Effects of Adding Chemicals to get that information.
Use dry stabilizer to raise your CYA level to your target. Use the sock method to add it.

We don’t recommend putting pucks in the skimmer - if the pool pump is ever off with them in there, you’re basically brewing a vat of acid to send through your pool equipment the next time it’s turned on and it might even damage the skimmer.
