Connection error

Hi everyone, does someone know why when I try to log into the iAquaLink app on iPhone it always says: Connection error: There was a problem loading your devices?

I already tried deleting the app, signing out, etc. but the problem remains.

Sounds like you may have an internet connection problem with your Aqualink panel.

The app connects to a Jandy server in the cloud that connects to your Aqualink panel.

Have you checked the iAqualink connection at your pool panel?

Seems that the issue is not the connection on the pool panel because when I do it on an android device, I can log into my account without any trouble but when I do it on iPhone the same warning appears
