Check Valve before SCG

Simple question. Do I need to install a check valve before SCG if I run a Pentair VSF pump 24/7?

I assume you mean between a heater and the cell..

If so, then no, you only have to have check valve if you have a tab feeder.

Salt cells have nothing inside once the power is off.

It does not matter if you run 24/7 or not, no check valve is needed.
