What are these black spots. Chemistries balanced . Scrubbed with chlorine pucks and still there. ? Algae how to get rid of? Thanks.

The stains are not real apparent. I do see some darker shaded areas.
How are you testing your water? Can you post a full set of test results? Do you use any products that contain copper, minerals or algaecides.
