Balancing pool water after Hurricane Irma

Looking for advice as to which to increase first, the TA or the CH.......TA = 80 and CH = 200. The rest is OK with FC at 7.0. Ph at 7.5 and CYA at 45.....Pool has 16000 gallons of water....No salt used in pool.....I have run the Pool Calculater for need quanties of TA and CH....I just want to know which to add first, then remeasure before adding the other chemical....many thanks, John

80 is a good TA and your CSI isn't that bad as is, still would add enough calcium to get back to 300(that's usually the min I maintain)
