Does anyone have a procedure to test power board of the Aquacal Autopilot digital nano SWG, e.g. with a multimeter?

I replaced the interface board as suggested by saltpoolguys, but still have low amps cell warning. I replaced the cell cord as well. The cell has been cleaned. Attached is a picture from the top and bottom of the cell. How does it look? I see that some plates are darker than others. The system was installed 4 years ago. There is no way to see the corners of the plates t

I’m really looking to avoid replacing the cell for $250 only to find out that I have to spend another $300 for the power board.

Thanks!
