With my Aqualink RS is it ok to wire my VS pump to always have power? My setup only has the pda on/off functionality. I would rather the pump just run the schedule I program.
The IntelliFlo is supposed to be wired to get constant 220 volt AC power. If you have a PDA it is very possible that your RS system can control the pump via the data cable...
its an older system with the newer pda (pda is on/off only no rs45 cable even hooked to vs). I can just make an extra 2 wires to join the 2 hots from motor.
I "assume" your pump is wired to the output side of your Pump/Filter relay. If so, you can remove the wires (going to the pump) from the output side of the relay, and connect them to the input side of the relay.. This takes the relay out of the circuit and connects power to the pump all the time.
