I have the solution, I will smear myself head to toe with vaseline so none of the water actually touches my skin. The chlorine can never absorb into my skin. I can see me in Walmart now, a dozen or so gallons of bleach and 500 jars of vaseline!

You know that is petroleum based....
Make sure to work it into the scalp too...

It may be petroleum based, it might even be a carcinogenic in rats who are shaved and coated head to toe in it for years but you're missing the main point of using it. It's going to protect you :safe: from the doomed and ill fated chlorine that will forever damage you in ways unrepairable by modern science ale:
Damaged in what ways you ask, who knows but don't worry as the Vaseline will protect you
